AJ and Pacific Crest are amazing! He recently took over property management duties on a couple rentals and totally turned things around for me. AJ has been managing a rental for me since July 2024. Initially, the property was idle, but after AJ contacted me and shared his vision for the property I was easily convinced to enlist him as a partner. He handled the necessary repairs and found a top-notch tenant within a week - solvent, quiet, low maintenance.
