I've owned a flooring/tile business here in the valley for 14 years.I've wanted to get into home inspections for years and felt like now was the right time. I changed my business name, but im still licensed and insured for flooring and now home inspections. I completed my schooling through interNACHI, the number one school in the country for home inspections, and the only one federally recognized by the department of education. With my knowledge and experience in the industry, I know what to look for. I'm not just going down a list.
