I needed a few repairs to my water heater and water valves, Pat answered my messages and was very responsive to my needs. When he arrived, he explained everything he was going to do, why he was doing it, and i knew upfront what the cost would be. When he wad done he cleaned up (it is probably cleaner now than when he arrived), showed me his work, and gave me some tips for the future (while not talking down to me like so many professionals tend to do). The cost of the work was entirely appropriate for the value and nature of the work that was done. I will not hesitate to call Lorenz Plumbing again if I ever have the need.

I've used Lorenz Plumbing once so far and they will be my go to going forward. Patrick helped me out with a re-piping project where he switched out old galvanized hot/cold water lines to copper. His pricing was extremely reasonable and he got the work done quickly without sacrificing quality. Patrick is also extremely prompt and responsive. Highly recommended to anyone for all their plumbing needs!
