I was days away from my move out date, my son has emergency surgery and the new place is just disgusting. Not to mention completely unsanitary for my son to come home from the hospital to. I call on a Saturday and she fits me in the very next day... a Sunday! I came back later from work and nearly burst into tears. They diligently not only sanitized every inch of the really bad stuff I requested but also gave the whole place a good once over. It went from a nightmare to a move in ready home.
