LTIII Home Improvements was started by Luis Tenezaca in 2017. Luis formerly worked in the food industry, including more than 15 years in the bakery business. During this time, he worked for three well known bakeries in the Chicago area. As Luis was growing up, he was raised around construction and building because his father was a builder. In 1998, Luis migrated to the United States and started working in a bakery because he thought it was the only option he had. Around the year 2010, he started working part time in painting and tile work until finally, in 2017, he decided to leave his job as production manager to pursue his dream of having his own business in the home improvements field. He started working with general contractors to grow its own reputation and experience. But has realized, he wanted to go independent. In the end of 2017, he established his company, LTIII Home Improvements, and used a third party application to receive jobs. Then, at the beginning of 2018, the company has branched out and became independent with its own clientele. LTIII Home Improvements started out as one man, a father, with no company name, who risked economical stability to pursue his dream of having his own business. After just a year of leaving his former job, his business has receive many jobs and has built on outstanding reputation of delivering more than satisfied results. The meaning behind the name of LTIII Home Improvements is referring to the owner’s initials and the third person with his name in his family.
