Dylan is an absolute pro, very personable and knowledgeable. My dryer is stacked on top of my washer and he didnt grumble one bit - just asked for a ladder. He got my dryer working, explained the problem and gave me the truth that it may not last too much longer. Bottom line? This guy is the BEST! You would do well of you had a staff full of Dylans! Buy him lunch and give him a raise. You need more guys like Dylan!
