- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide discounts for Thumbtack users. Payment plans are always available for our clients with regular income.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want you to be comfortable and confident. We provide careful explanations, but we also encourage questions. Come in the office for an appointment, or we can handle your case through email. You choose what is best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have J.D. degree from Loyola Chicago, was admitted to the bar in 2001, and have been practicing law for 18 years.
