Hi Fred, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over the third-party laboratory that processes the mold reports, which can sometimes delay the results. That said, we normally receive reports back within 48 hours and always strive to keep clients updated. As we discussed, we issued you a full refund for the lab analysis and provided the report for free. We also offered to complete the remediation work at no charge in an effort to make things right.
