I hired Antonio to assemble some office furniture (desk, chairs, bookcase, and file cabinet). Antonio was very professional, communicated well, and arrived on time. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For photography, I price the hours of the shoot and will turn over an SD card on the spot. Other modes of transferring files take time and thus I charge for them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For furniture assembly, I show up and ask try to find instructions. For photography, I try to talk to you and understand what you need me to capture.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned most of my furniture assembly by experience. My photography is due to the influence of YouTube (my favorite is Simon D'entremont) and the 24/7 Canon Professional Services advisors who are willing to answer any photography question.
