Terrible job cut grass to short on new sod. Guy came at 7 but scheduled at 4:30. He didn’t have the proper equipment to gather the grass dispose of the grass and now I’ve got A. water the shit out of my lawn because he cut too short. He also quoted me $42 but charged me 57.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I originally contacted Ramirez Landscaping to mow the lawn, clean a flowerbed and add some mulch around a newly-planted tree. A landscaper came out from their company July 5th and ended up killing FOUR (4) of my plants, worth about $100, doing a terrible job actually cleaning the flower beds, and did not bring any mulch for my tree. They also sprayed pesticides on my flowerbed after I asked them not to. I contacted the phone number provided 2 days afterwards, letting them know I was unsatisfied with their work, and did not receive a response for days. I followed up every couple of days, and finally received word from Anthony, the owner, stating that they would replace my plants and do 2 rounds of yard work free-of-charge. This was July 16, 11 days after the original service. I sent a follow-up text and was left unanswered until July 23. Finally, they said they would be out Thursday, July 31, and would confirm with me the exact time July 24 - this is important as I have dogs and need to know when to not let them out, and when to expect someone to be on my property! I did not hear from them on the 24, or at all until I reached out today, July 30, asking for confirmation for the appointment. I was then told that I was "TOO NEEDY" of a customer and that they did not have the customer support that a customer like me needs. We hopped on a call where I was belittled, talked down to, and told that my leaving a review was "privileded." What?? I CANNOT urge people to run away fast enough. They'll do a poor job, kill your plants, and then call you "needy" for giving them days to answer your texts. I wish I was able to add pictures - I have documentation of the killed plants and the texts.

Patty likes to complain in her free time. She also likes to write bad reviews to get things done for free. It’s sad that customers nowadays would rather assert their review privilege instead of deal with the company directly to get things fixed since she was never charged anything and was promised it would be fixed. Unfortunately for Patty she was very rude and threw a tantrum about things not aligning with her timeline. Bad reviews hurt businesses. We would have loved to fix our mistake, thanks for the bar review instead. 👍
