Didn’t get to do business but wanted to leave review anyway as pink and pampered was very responsive and accommodating. Was really impressed with their photo portfolio esp the ability to match skin tones. Am disappointed that I cannot complete transaction ( not the company fault but rather circumstances on my end). I certainly would be looking forward to using their company for a future event

Great experience as far as the stylist Trina - she did professional, high quality work that aligned with my vision for hair and makeup. Unhappy with the logistics and scheduling though. My hair and makeup trial was cancelled just hours before the appointment time which was set over a week ahead so they ended up lumping it with my wedding day and the stylist was late for that (due to traffic) so realistically there was no time to redo anything had I not liked it. Thankfully I did like everything but it was disappointing that they cancelled the trial day-of asking to shift it back several hours which didn’t work for my schedule the day before my wedding.

Pricing is calculated on base price, number of clients serviced, add-on services, travel fees if applicable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After service request is received. All new clients are required a consultation via telephone, email or text. Quote and invoice is sent to customer. Once paid, appointment is booked & confirmed. Beauty Expert travels to customer's location and services are provided as desired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team and I are all licensed cosmetologists & certified makeup artists with well over 10 years of experience.
