The thinly sliced jalapeño added a clean, sharp heat that lingered pleasantly without overpowering the delicate fish. I cannot thank Sarah enough for how amazing of a job she did at our private dinner. She came up with an amazing menu from scratch, she listened to all our needs, she went above and beyond and made the most delicious dinner for all of us as we celebrated at our private dinner. We couldn’t have asked her for a better evening. She stole the show and was phenomenal in every way. Her pricing beat everyone else for what we got, she was absolutely perfect for what we needed. She even went and made sure we had all of our supplies, she came through us last minute, she made our entire evening. I cannot thank her enough, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for being such an amazing chef and now friend. You truly made our night. If you are looking for a chef that is versatile, smart, kind, and will make your event into a get together that you will never forget, hire her. You won’t regret it.
