I’ve been working with John for about 1.5 years now and he’s been fantastic. My work schedule can be pretty inconsistent, but he always makes a point to work with me to make sure we can meet. He also learned pretty fast I like things to be a competition and makes sure to cater to that side of me to convince me to push myself further.

I have been having exceptional experience with my trainer Mike Blaze. He is exceptionally professional , punctual, and patient. I am working with Mike to get my run time to 16 minutes for 2 miles and he is not only making me work towards it but also have inculcated really good healthy habits within me. Healthy eating and exercising regularly have been incorporated within my lifestyle. My running form was extremely bad but with his drills, I can sense an easiness while running that I didn't have before. I will recommend Mike to anyone who is trying to get into exercising or want to improve himself/herself.

John is an excellent trainer. He is knowledgeable, patient, and a great communicator. It is evident that John understands the science behind physical health and makes sure that the personalized workouts he develops are safe and effective. He teaches you what each movement is doing and why it is important. A trainer isn't just a person who tells you what to do a few time a week. A trainer enables you to take control of your health by teaching you the 'hows' and 'whys'. I've been working with John for just under a month and I feel stronger and healthier. I will continue working with him and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a personal trainer.

John is a fanstastic trainer. He is very attentive and listens to what you want. He makes work outs fun and does different exercises each session. He is always on time and is easy to get a hold of if you need to add or cancel a session. I would highly recommend him!
