Very responsive and easy to work with. Quoted the job Thursday and was on site Friday! Had some roof shingles replaced, gutters cleaned, and flashing installed. Only hiccup was a pricing change due to missing shingles under the existing area. They could have been a bit more thorough in estimating the job by hopping on a ladder and reviewing the entire scope of work that needed to be done before quoting.

Santos went above and beyond by checking the water flow, after sealing the gutter cracks and placing new joints where necessary! This makes sure there is no standing water or leakage. Great work and very cost effective by Santos!!
