I have serviced Chicago downtown neighborhoods for the past 15 years. I specialized and coaching boxing and personal training. Strength and conditioning with nervous system development is #1 for preventing chronic disease. Boxing has shown to condition and improve your body in all ways possible. In home boxing coaching is not only convenient but will ensure that your day to day structure stays intact.

Ive been going to UBC for about 2 years now and never looking back.Had somewhat let myself go since getting a desk job but after going 2 days a week for about 6 months I went from 210 to 190.Boxing is an unbelievable workout and a lot of fun. Coach T will help you meet your goals you just need to show up and commit.

This is one of the best workout experiences I have had in my life. You dont have to plan your workout, the energy is awesome, and the trainers are amazing! Oh and punching a bag is so therapeutic. Shout out to Tyrone for making you feel awesome and tired in every single session. Highly recommended.
