- We offer our Residential Maintenance/Service Calls during business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm) at $140, includes up to 60-minutes of combined travel time and diagnostic labor additional labor is billed at $140/hour; parts or materials required to fix/repair the system are not included. - We offer discounts for First Responders (Police/Fire/EMS), Military (Active, Reserve, Retired/Honorable Discharge), Senior Citizens. - We offer financing.

- North American Technician Excellence (NATEx.org) certified HVAC Technicians. - Amana brand trained Technicians. - EPA 608 (1/2/3/U) Certified Technicians.
