I had a kitchen faucet suddenly leaking and it was not loose connections. I contacted New Horizons thinking I'd have to wait till the next day without a faucet. But I got immediate response and an offer to come same day. The workman communicated well up to and after arriving. He was courteous and in a timely manner had me good to go. And the cost was reasonable. I would use New Horizon again.
