- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quotes are based on a hourly rate . Hourly rate depends how many cleaners are coming . Quote is estimated by size of home and type of cleaning . We require a $30 deposit . Send through quick pay or pay pal . This is applied to your total and is refundable if cleaning is cancel with in 48hrs . If home is 20 miles away from Elmwood Park , we keep a minimum of hours to make our trip worth it . We give discounts to return customers and if you book a weekly or biweekly service .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Answering as many questions as possible , setting up a date that works best for both of us . If date is far away , catch up as cleaning approaches.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Practice . We work every week for years now.
