I could not be more pleased with our deck addition. First, they were prompt coming out to give us a quote. It was a very reasonable quote! Second, they followed up without being pushy and answered questions we had. Even dropping off samples of the type of wood offerings before we signed the contract. Third, when we were nervous about their lack of an online presence on Google they agreed to not charge a down payment which was beyond generous. Lastly, the quality was suburb. The deck looks great, the workers were respectful and kind, and the owner addressed a concern (though was actually just they needed more wood) before we even reached out. I was so impressed from start to finish. Cannot recommend enough using them!! You will not be disappointed

They promised to come out on Friday and called me around 9am to reschedule for Saturday. Never showed on Saturday and called me Monday afternoon that they would be there in 15 minutes. I work from home so not a big deal but I am not impressed with the way the pillars look from inside looking out. The trim piece does not match up to my existing porch roof so there is gapping. The team was nice that came out.
