I contacted Day 1 Heating and Cooling to request their assistance in resolving an issue with the flexible air duct located beneath my house, as only half of the vents in my house were functional. They arrived punctually, and Billy even took the initiative to inform me of their impending arrival. The task at hand was not particularly enjoyable, as it required them to crawl under the house. After inspecting the problem, they accurately diagnosed that the flexible air duct needed to be replaced with a 30 FT 10-inch Main Supply Chase. They returned the following day and successfully replaced the air duct. It is worth noting that I had previously contacted two other HVAC companies to address the same issue, and even went so far as to have a new furnace installed, despite my insistence that the problem lay with the flexible air duct. However, it was Day 1 Heating and Cooling who promptly identified and rectified the problem, resulting in all my vents functioning perfectly.

I have to note how amazing the girls in the office are. The handled my tears and frustration over our situation beautifully!Kevin was great at explaining things to us. He was also able to get us a furnace over $1,000 cheaper than what the other companies quoted.The technicians did a wonderful job. Not overly chatty but very polite. They made sure to protect my floors (even though they too are in need of repair). The one who finished things up was great. He actually went above and beyond for me. I didn't quite like how one of the cords were and he put in the extra effort to make sure that I wouldn't have issues with it in the future. He was able to explain the new thermostat to me and answered any questions I had!I was also impressed with how quickly they were able to get it done. A couple hours less than I was expecting!When they realized a small thing I wanted done wasn't, they reached out to me to let me know when we have them back in spring, they will be happy to take care of it. Only a later date because I wasn't in a rush for it.Over all they did a great job. I will be happy to use them again in the future!
