I had a pipe burst below the shutoff valve and had to have my water turned off to fix the pipe. Cody was prompt about getting back to me, came out, and checked the problem the same day I contacted him. He was able to find the parts and return to fix the pipe. He was very easy to work with, he was on time, very down to earth and professional, and is a truly good-hearted person which I just appreciate. After speaking with him and updating him on different things I have going on, he was empathetic to my problems and showed me there is some humanity left in this world, and, as much as I don't want it, I need a little sympathy with the situations I'm personally dealing with. Thank you again Cody for the help you were able to give, I will continue to tell people to contact you for their plumbing problems/repairs. I'll continue to keep you in my prayers and I hope your business continues to flourish. 🙏🏻
