I’ve been working with Ann Marie for years now. When I first purchased my property I thought I would be able to control the rental units myself. My property is located in Chicago Illinois while I am in a different state. After 1 week I quickly came to terms that this is too much to handle myself. I was referred to Ann Marie by a friend and Its been smooth sailing since. She took right over! She had my units leased and occupied within a month!!! She took care of everything. Took all my stress away knowing she handled everything from occupancy to the bills to maintenance and all the minute random calls from tenants. That was definitely a big load off my shoulders. She gives great advice and attention to the needs of the owner and tenants. I would highly recommend her services to manage your properties!
