Ken is quite concerned with doing his best work. He’s very fair and won’t overcharge - he’s all about building his business and making sure his customers are satisfied. I felt very comfortable choosing Ken’s appliances - and he fixed my dryer when thought I’d have to replace it!

Ken was quick to reply to my job request and set up an appointment immediately. He was knowledgeable and able to fix my dryer, dishwasher, and install 2 other appliances without issue. We needed additional parts and he went to the store to get them. I highly recommend him for any appliance needs you may have!

Our refrigerator/freezer wasn’t working. Ken Appliance & Repair called me right way after seeing the message and set up a time the same day to come and check. Ken was punctual and professional; He said that it could be due to excessive ice buildup deep inside the fridge and it was!! (photos). He was very thorough in his inspection and took time clean the ice and dirt from the coils. Completed most of the work that day but since the fan inside the fridge was not working, he had to order the part. He came back again after 1 day to replace the fan and finished the work. Now our fridge and freezer are working well! I would definitely recommend Ken!
