Richard Schwinn is an excellent piano tuner with over 30 years of experience. He is also extremely knowledgeable about performing any other piano services that need to be done such as working on the pedals or the action of your piano. He understands how to keep your piano in top performing shape. He is also a wonderful pianist and piano teacher himself and understands exactly how your piano should sound. Whether you have a Steinway concert grand piano or a regular upright piano Richard will keep your musical instrument in excellent shape. For many years Richard has tuned my Mason and Hamlin piano and it sounds just as wonderful as when I first bought it.

We had a wonderful experience! Richard was very responsive as we were setting up the appointment and answered all our questions. He arrived on time and got right to work, clearly a very thorough process. We even got a little concert at the end! Would highly recommend.
