ms. tracie & team came out the SAME DAY I called for help!! a bad odor in the basement turned out to be a decaying animal under my front porch :( they were able to identify many openings under my steps and helped seal them right up. they worked very efficiently to get the project done in ONE DAY! I’m very thankful I got this done before winter comes along. they were awesome to work with and they GOT THE JOB DONE! 🙌🏽

Wow! I can't say enough positive things about this service. It all started with our dog Bruno barking aggressively at 11 pm seemingly for no apparent reason and to our surprise we discovered a flying pest, a bat. We called another company prior to Critter craze who came out for what we were told was supposed to be a free inspection that required an $80 inspection fee. After this the representative indicated that to do a through job it would be nearly 10,000. They required 75% upfront. After my wife checked numerous reviews we decided to try other options. This led us to Critter Craze Control. After conversing with the owner Tracie, she put our minds at ease. She made an appointment and upon her arrival and review gave us a quote for much less than the other guys. She returned the following day completing all agreed upon work in a timely manner including a fence removal that seemed to take me forever to get done. They are affordable, knowledgeable and capable of taking on additional duties to assist in our total satisfaction with the maintenance and upkeep of our property as it relates to pest control both inside and outside.
