- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When they reach out to me and we talk about what there needing. I price each photoshoot differently unless it's something basic.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we'll set a date and time as to when they are needing me and if I'm available at those times. We'll also talk about the details, the edit, and turnaround of those images / prints. I'll create a contract and have them sign and we'll move on with the shoot to come. If they move forward, I'll usually get half down and leave the spot open for them in my calendar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing photography for now 15+ years, primarily event and natural lighting. I've been with Lifetouch (school and headshot photography) for now over 2 years, and I've personally photographed many events, portraits, sports, and headshots.
