I had a great experience working with Illia for the installation of two air conditioners. Illia's professionalism and responsiveness were evident from the moment we started working together. He answered all of my questions and guided me through the process, making me feel reassured and confident in his services. What stood out was Illia’s focus on safety and doing the job right the first time. He takes pride in his work and is experienced. He cleaned the interior of the units and explained the importance of maintaining air conditioners to ensure the air is not filled with mold or other damaging particles. He installed both units cleanly, efficiently, and with attention to detail. He also showed up on time, communicated throughout, and left the space spotless.
