Hired on Thumbtack

Reborn Window did a terrific job repairing our broken window. It was a vertical window that would no longer stay open (a part was missing that would keep the window open...the window would just slam shut and was dangerous, as it was so heavy...you could lose a finger or worse!) The Reborn Window team came out and assessed the situation quickly, ordered the part, and came back once the part was delivered and fixed the window in about 20 minutes. They brought all of their own equipment and ladder, and were very respectful in my home. Absolutely no-nonsense, done and done, in and out. The price was very reasonable...the onsite assessment was credited to the overall price of the repair. I would definitely hire them again. Highly recommend.

They were professional and courteous, diagnosed the problem very quickly and provided several solutions varying in price. Together we settled on a solution, and it was completed in no time!
