Working with them was great! I was extremely happy with the end results, they did 4 can lights in my living room and a fan light in my bedroom. They also checked other outlets in the house to make sure they were safe, and didn't charge me when one outlet was not safe. Overall a great company and they are sharp as tacks! I will definitely be using their services again in the near future.

Range Hood installation was quoted at $120. The customer service via text is lacking. I reached out and originally got no response. I followed up a day later scheduling Tuesday at 10:30am. Apparently an emergency came up and we agreed on Wednesday at 10:30am… End of the day Tuesday I got a text confirming Wednesday at noon. 12:07pm comes around and he finally arrived, I just wanted the job done. Mohammed needed my help with install as the measurement of the hood was wrong and he did have to do extra work to add in a new bar. However, the total came out to $460 for “2 hours and 5 minutes of work” (meaning he counted from scheduled not arrival time). That price was WITH a 5% discount for being a first time customer… Thumbtack says this company has a $79 service call charge that is waived if booked… that is false. It is charged regardless. The entire time of the service, the guy was nice but constantly searching for upsells like checking the furnace (I had to say no three times). Good work but absolutely shocked at the final total being 383% more than the quote.

I understand that the final cost came as a surprise, but it reflected the expanded work that was approved before starting.
