I hired Ivan to install a kitchen faucet. The install was a bit complicated due to many obstructions in the way, but Ivans top notch skill got the job done to perfection. I was so impressed with Ivans work, I hired him to replace the wood floor of my shed, this was a big job, but once again, he got the job done to perfection. I will be recommending Ivan to anyone needing a great handyman. 👍

Ivan is excellent from what I could see today! He is a REAL handyman. He fixed my dishwasher, garbage disposal, fixed a hanging ceiling fan, as well as installed a vanity sink and toilet in my bathroom with almost no questions for me. He was excellent! I highly reccomend him.

5/5. Ivan installed a ceiling fan on our ~17-ft vaulted ceiling. Arrived on time with the right ladder, work was neat, fan runs perfectly, and he cleaned up. Fair price—would hire again.
