The first job that I asked Igor to do was to install three wall mount antennas. Not only did he arrive the very next day. He performed the tasks effortlessly. I then contacted him to install 20 mini blinds. Even though he had several other jobs to complete, he was able to still schedule me later that day. They only offered three categories to rate his work. I could have checked all 5. I'm ecstatic. Thanks again Igor.
