My experience with Ronald was beyond amazing! I hired him to install a storm door on my house and he did a spectacular job! What we thought would be a simple project turned into a more difficult one. However, Ronald was able to make the adjustments needed and get the job done. He went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be happier. Not only was he able to install my door, he also fixed a few other things I needed fixed and he's coming back to do more work around my house. I feel blessed to have found him and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a handyman because he's much more than that. He's prompt, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. However, Ronald handled the situation with expertise and professionalism, carefully explaining the challenge and offering thoughtful solutions to ensure I fully understood the options available. Despite this unexpected hurdle, he still managed to complete the job within the short timeframe I had, which was a huge relief!
