- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Conserva Irrigation, we believe in transparency. All of our repairs and services are offered at flat-rate, up-front pricing, so there are no surprises. For customers who prefer ongoing care, we also offer annual maintenance plans tailored to the needs of your property. This helps keep your system running efficiently while saving you money in the long run.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer full system inspections to assess the health of your system and provide recommendations for more efficiency solutions. For customers who have known issues with their system in need of repairs, we can easily schedule a service call to assess the repairs that are needed and provide an estimate for work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians take part in ongoing training to stay current with the latest irrigation practices, products, and industry standards. Several of our Lead Technicians also hold Irrigation Technician Certifications through the National Irrigation Association, which reflects their expertise and commitment to professional excellence. This combination of continual learning and certified experience ensures our customers receive the highest level of service and water-efficient solutions.
