I chose Sam's Window & Gutter Cleaning due to his high reviews, and glad I did. He was a pleasure to work with, quick to respond, right on time, and did excellent work with our difficult gutter situation (steep rooflines, gutters way overdue for cleaning). He even sent 4 pictures of the clean gutters that I could clearly see were our house, not some other gutters. Thank you Sam!

In our 40 years of home ownership, this is the best window cleaning I’ve ever had. Sam’s cleaning is exceptional. Our windows are sparkling. My husband even noticed he scraped off some tiny paint splatter that had been on our bedroom sliding glass door since we moved here three years ago. We have had several window cleanings since we’ve been here, and no one had thought or cared enough to do that. I’ve already recommended him to our entire family, and I highly recommend him to anyone who is reading this review.
