Akrivis called immediately after I requested help. I did not hear from them for 1 week when Thumbtack requested a rating. Thumbtack called Akrivis and then Akrivis told me that their employee was having surgery and had not been able to do the job. The next day, however, I received a Certified Real Estate Appraisal via e-mail. The paperwork looks legit; just kind of a confusing set of circumstances.
