Derek was fantastic to work with. He came out in less than 12 hours from me submitting the request on thumbtack. He communicated very well. He was patient and did not pressure any sale or upgrade. He gave me time to consider pricing options and get quotes from Lowe’s to compare. He got the job done same day and it was perfect. He was extremely kind and professional. I will be using him for any additional repair or replacement needs.

Derrick was very proactively responsive throughout and gave me a good honest estimate for replacing my 19 yr old furnace. He was able to come next day and did the installation in a very timely manner and he made sure to leave me in a much better place when he left. No upselling, just made sure i had exactly what i needed, including changing out my filter. I plan to use them for all my future maintenance needs. Very satisfied!!!

I had been told by another company that I needed extensive, costly plumbing work done , which Derek was able to determine as unnecessary. He advised me what I needed to do if I have the same issue in the future. Prior to his visit, I was upset & freaking out about the damage that would happen if I had gone with the first assessment, and the cost involved. After Derek's assessment, it was like waking up from a nightmare. And he didn't charge me for coming here to take a look at it. Yes, definitely call these guys if you are having plumbing issues.
