I cannot say enough good things about Lalo’s! They did an amazing job restoring the wall on my patio. It’s 60 years old and original to the home. He did an amazing job of matching the brick color. He came out promptly, gave me a fair quote and completed the work quickly. A responsive contractor is so hard to find! I will be keeping this number next time I need a brick expert!

As a new homeowner, I turned to Thumbtack to help me start tackling some projects this spring. I reached out to Lalo’s for chimney work, and initially, the communication was strong. The technician who came to my house was thorough in inspecting everything, and I appreciated the attention to detail. He mentioned he would send me two quotes, but after a few hours without receiving them, I sent a follow-up email. We did get one quote, but he mentioned that he would send the second one shortly after. Unfortunately, I never received the second quote, and I didn’t feel it was worth reaching out again. While I understand that people can get busy, the lack of follow-through on communication ultimately led me to look elsewhere for this job. It was disappointing, as I was hopeful to hire them, but the communication just fell short.
