Stephen performed a home inspection of an investment property purchase. He was VERY thorough in the inspection and the report which aided me in getting the seller to agree to necessary repairs prior to purchasing. Although a fairly new inspector, Stephen possesses the skill trade knowledge to help identify potential problems. I highly recommend Stephen and LaCorte Inspection.
