I first contacted him about several spots on my engineered wood floor that made loud squeaking sounds when stepped on. He came out the very next day. Within just a few hours, he had inspected the problem, provided a quote, and scheduled the repair visit. During the repair, he worked from the crawl space while coordinating with his partner inside the house to check progress step by step. The squeaks were completely gone after that visit. Because engineered wood can shift over time, some squeaking returned after a while. When I reached out again, Isaac was just as responsive as the first time. He promptly scheduled another visit, came out quickly, and performed additional reinforcement work — and he did this second visit free of charge.
