What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always give free on site estimates. Pricing is always transparent and fair! I communicate very well with my customers and keep them informed at all times. I offer military/veteran, law enforcement, firefighter, EMT, senior citizen discounts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been plumbing for 12 years, I passed the master plumbing exam in 2022. I am currently taking classes at JCCC for an AAS in electrical. I hope to also add electric services in the future!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had just been honorably discharged from the US Army in 2013. My father owns a plumbing company, so I learned the trade from him. I’ve been in some type of construction since I was 12.
