Our experience was great. We just needed an adjustment on our sliding glass door. I wasn’t even able to hardly get the door closed runner was so messed up. The runner was not working correctly. So he was able to adjust it on the top and bottom so that it would open smoothly and close smoothly. After looking at it, he knew right away what was wrong, and it took no time at all to get the adjustment taken care of. I thought the price was very fair! He let us know some tips on how to easily take care of it monthly, just so it would not continue to happen. I told him that if we ever had issues again with it we would be calling in the future.
