My name is Jessica and I am the owner of H&S Home Solutions, a family owned and operated residential cleaning and home maintenance company. We are located in Olathe and have been serving the KC Metro area for the last 5 years, We are insured and bonded and have several references. We offer several services from deep cleaning to post construction cleans. Need that bedroom painted, we got you covered. Do you need some new flooring, we can do that too! Laundry services, covered as well!!! Our goal is to stand out from the other local cleaning companies by putting our focus on our clients. We not only want to exceed client expectations but also build that long-term relationships, and creating a tailored service for each client. With that being said, we offer up front pricing, with no hidden fees and no surprises upon completion of service. Our deep clean includes all standard services plus baseboards, doors, doorknobs and switch plates, interior windows, inside of kitchen drawers and cabinets, ceilong fans, cleaning of all baseboards, vents and high touch areas, we will also spot clean walls to insure we take care of any cobwebs or dirt in those high areas. Additionally, we will change linens in all bedrooms (per client request), clean exterior of all kitchen appliances (interior of microwave is included), sweep/mop/vaccum all floors, the deep cleaning focuses heavily on kitchen and bathrooms, so those areas will be our focus. Basically a ceiling to floor clean :) if there are any areas that you would like us to focus on, we can add that to your cleaning notes! The purpose of a deep clean is to take care of all the dirt and grime in those hard to reach areas. All surfaces in the home will be cleaned and disinfected!
