- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate pricing so customer's know their price upfront. We also provide financing support for repairs and installs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out to make sure we have all the details correct. We schedule a 2-hr arrival window so the customer knows when to expect us. We arrive, and perform our services. We collect payment at the end!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner I have had formal union training as well as brand training across many different manufacturers. As a Master Mechanic, I have a Mechanical construction background where most HVAC Masters are plumbers, this means we've always focused on the air in the home.
