Good Morning, we apologize you are not satisfied with your service. As you stated, we did give you a quote before, as you insisted on knowing the price it would cost before being placed on the schedule. The phrasing we use is "the price is XYZ starting out" when a price is insisted upon even though we do not enjoy giving pricing over the phone. You were charged the lowest price, with no additional charges. We make every attempt to complete our customers work needed, and give their drains back to them as quickly and efficiently as possible. You told us you used a drain cleaning agent, which most companies would charge a fee for due to these products being able to injure technicians and damage equipment. We did not charge you any such fee. We also do warranty our work on a job-by-job basis, and unfortunately cannot warranty work where drain cleaning agents have been used, or grease clogs, etc. We hope you have a great day!
