With 15+ years of experience in customer service, I decided it was time to develop a new venture of being of service to others. Through the process of expanding on my passion of helping those in need, Glow N Grow was born. Our company specializes in organization, packing/unpacking, decluttering and hoard removal projects. We also offer cleaning services for private homes, offices, construction clean up and Airbnbs. A personal consultative approach is used to help each client find a solution that caters to their individual goals, needs and budget. We are everyday people helping others to accomplish extraordinary things. Here at Glow N Grow, we are excited to help you get that Glow back in your life! To Grow your house into a home. We offer discounts for our first-time clients, veterans and repeat clients. Our goal is to spread kindness and light, to "Love Like Elaina", my daughter who helped found Glow N Grow who was tragically gunned down & killed just three months after we were founded. GNG is a tremendous organization. Caitlin there is absolutely awsome as she is NOT only super professional but also so efficient to figure out a solution no matter what the circumistances are. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company offers first time client, Veterans, & Frontline worker discounts. We don’t have hidden fees. We give our estimates in writing & discuss cost before we start a project. Some projects we do require a deposit, which is discussed as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a consulting company. Which means we want to meet you where you are at. We want your vision & dreams to come full circle. We are here to help you accomplish this. We try to ask lots of questions & work with your individual needs. We offer virtual, evening, in person, & weekend appointments to work with your schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the customer service industry for over 15 years. One thing that stands out to me is that no matter what profession, treating others like family shows them respect and also that you are respectable. Building a trusting relationship is key.
