Erica W. says, "Jay helped us with a primary bathroom and closet remodel. From the start, it was a good experience. Jay was able to get us a quote within a couple days of contacting him. He put down protective paper from the bathroom all the way to the exterior door, and made sure to put up plastic to limit the dust. The demo went quickly and Jay coordinated for a dumpster. When the framing started, Jay was fantastic about checking measurements and getting our feedback on exact placement. The communication was truly great. Not only was he careful about measurements, he was *always* very responsive to texts and phone calls. Throughout the process there were a couple items that we hadn’t foreseen and needed to be added or changed. For example, we had them frame for recessed medicine cabinets. But we didn’t realize the edge of the drywall would be exposed until after they had mudded and sanded it. As soon as we asked, Jay added corner bead and finished the edges. Jay installed a tricky set of pocket doors and did a beautiful job installing the tile on the floor and in the shower. I was worried about finding a good tile guy for this project, and I’m so glad we found Jay. I would definitely recommend working with him. He truly cares about doing a good job and we plan on having him back for another bathroom remodel in the future."See more
