- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free on-site estimate where I'll give you a custom quote with a competitive pricing. I also offer senior and vet discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the estimate, we go over everything in detail to make sure we are on the same page. I can accommodate your schedule as my schedule is very flexible. I can pickup the materials with my discount or customers can also pick out the materials and still use my discount.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken multiple classes in different areas, but most of my work is through years of experience.
