We had some overgrown holly bushes that were simply out of control. Shortly after I submitted my request, I had a response and brief discussion about the project. After taking a look in person, I had more discussion to clarify the project and estimate. Within a few days, I received a message asking if it was ok to proceed that day. Shortly after he started, I received a picture of progress to confirm the degree to which it should be cut back. I wasn’t at the house so this simple step allowed me to know exactly what would occur. The rest of the project was completed and I wasn’t thrilled with the results. The holly bushes were beyond a simple pruning. The attention to detail restored the bushes and the house looks great. Don’t hesitate. Just book your next project with them.
