- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually don't charge a "per/hour rate". We look at the job and factor in material costs and level of labor Intensity. We are locally owned and operated and can provide quality work for a fraction of what a franchise contractor charges with hourly rates. You won't have to worry about being charged $85 to change a light bulb. There is also no call out charge or minimum. We also warranty all of our work unlike lesser qualified individuals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically are able to reach a home or place of business within one or two days. At that point, we will gather information and quote the cost of the project. If we have the material on hand and if convenient for the owner, we will perform the work at that time also. If not we will let the owner schedule a time for us to perform the work that is convenient for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed in the state of Louisiana for electrical and general contracting. All of our employees are properly trained, drug tested, professionally dressed and carry professional attitudes. We cater to your needs
