My experience with using Coll's appliance repair was absolutely phenomenal. I was a little skeptical at first but Leslie managed to fix both my washer and dryer and heavily accommodated my hectic schedule. His prices were then fair and I am very satisfied with his work. He was persistent with identifying the issues and went out of his way to provide excellent service and I can't thank him enough.

Showed up as set up . Needed ice machine repaired - inspected unit and said fan motor was bad - I told him i thought unit needed freon - he said fan motor was bad and i ordered and replaced motor (motor was not the problem) - contacted service guy about what else could be the problem and he said he was at work and would get back with me after work and i never heard back from him. I have hired someone else to handle the freon leak that i suggested in the first place .

Dear customer, I apologize for not being able to return, however I tested that fan motor twice and it was defective, I do not know what happened after you replaced it.
